Cheesesteak Bake and Green Beans

Do you like cheese?  Do you like easy?  This recipe is for you. And the green beans are so good!

Cheesesteak Bake

1.  Chop up whatever color bell pepper you prefer.  I used yellow this time.  Green is the typical cheesesteak pepper of choice but I think they are bitter.  Chop up a small onion.  Saute them in a tablespoon of butter.

2.  When they begin being translucent add in a pound of hamburger meat.  Add in some Montreal Steak Seasoning. Brown it.  Drain it.

3. Melt half a block of velveeta and a cup of cheddar(or whatever cheese you want) with a splash of milk in the microwave.

4. Mix the meat mixture into the cheese mixture.

5. Cut up a can of biscuits(NOT FLAKY ONES!) into 8ths.  Mix the biscuits into the meat and cheese mixture.

6.  Pour the entire mixture in to a 13x9 greased pan.  Top it with Provolone sliced cheese.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Greenbeans

This is more of a just dump stuff in until it looks and tastes ok.

Can of green beans drained.  Add heaping tablespoon of bacon grease, teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 cup of dale's sauce, and two heaping tablespoons of brown sugar.  Let simmer on stove for 30 minutes.
